National Building Musuem

The interior of the National Building Museum.The building is the former Pension Bureau, a brick structure completed in 1887 and designed by Gen. Montgomery C. Meigs, the U.S. Army quartermaster general, which is notable for several architectural features, including the spectacular interior columns</p> <p>The columns make a great place for important events like fund raisers and speeches, with the museum, relatively frequently closing for said events.
